Any GoPro Experts Out There? Editing Etc.

Afternoon all,

I am due to start some annual leave in a couple of days and intend on self isolating. I have a GoPro Hero 7 Black.

One of my jobs is to learn how to create movies etc from some of the footage I have stored on my sons PC. I see lots of clips on YouTube etc where people have uploaded footage with background music, footage slowed down and words added to footage to name but a few.

I am a bit of a technophobe and am not quite sure how this is done.

Is there a program that can be downloaded to assist with this?

Is it relatively straight forward?

If anyone is self isolating and looking for a project to help me with this I'd be very grateful.

Wayne, I may give that a go. Does it do speed ramping?

OP-I would suggest you start simple by just joining a few clips together. Then maybe add some transition effects (such as fading between clips)

In my opinion out of the things thou want to try and achieve changing the speed (speed ramping) may be the hardest.

I use Premier Pro from Adobe...but that doesn't mea. I'm very good at it!
