Which number for problems with MDE...

My 60 day mark is fast approaching but my MDE is broken! It shows my reservation at bay lake, but it isn't linked somehow, so it doesn't allow me to look at fp dates further than 30 days. I also can't choose my magic bands. When i follow the Steps to link the reservation up it gives me as error message saying that this reservation is already linked to Mrs xxxxx (me).

Any ideas who I ring to sort this out?

The booking of FP will automatically open on 60 days but not before. But if it doesn't work then this is the link to UK Disney contacts, hopefully they can help.

I have edited to say it should open booking automatically on 60 days as we were worried before our booking day too but it was all fine.

If there wasn't the issue with the magic bands/reservation linking I would be less concerned... but it looks a bit weird to me!

Yes you should be able to link the magic bands. We have over 400 days to our holiday and we can pick our band colours now if we wanted to 😀.
I do know MDE can be glitchy but it may be worth ringing to see if they can check it out for you. I rang a few days ago to get our number to link booking to MDE and it was sorted in minutes.
