Wet wipes

Suncream

Credit card and cash
Phone
Clean socks
Vaseline for blistering feet
Phone charger
Fan
Cooling towel
Hairbrush
Lip balm
Ponchos

Cardigan for me and shirt for DH for air conditioned places.

That seems like quite a lot when I write it like that! It all fits in a cross body bag.

I’m not bothered about going bagless. Actually when I’ve tried it to see if I was wrong I’ve spent the day looking for the thing I feel I’ve lost 😂

Kids are now 19 and 16 so just for me I carry.

Purse.
I phone 7 plus which is also my camera.
Power bank.
Note book and pen.
Fold up raincoat. I hate ponchos.
Wet wipes. Just a small packet though.
Tissues.
Small hairbrush.
Spare knickers and shorts for wet rides. Don’t like a wet bum 😂
Neurofen.
Water bottle.
Cap.
Hand cream.
Suncream.

When we had little kids I’d pack a large pack of baby wipes (and need them!), a spare set of clothes each and water for them as well. I never packed snacks as Disney is full of food. When they were really small I’d pack a small teddy too.

I take a small Decathlon backpack and usually in that I have:

Small hand towel wrapped around one or two frozen bottles of water. (means always have a cold drink and cooling towel in the heat of the day).
Suncream Spray
Normal Glasses
Prescription Sunglasses
As I wear contacts on holiday, I also take a spare pair of daily disposables and contact friendly eye drops
Small pack of wet wipes
Couple of antacid and paracetomol tablets
Sun hat

water
snack
anorak
suncream
ziploc bags (for phones and wallets on water rides or in rainstorms)

That's it I think, travel light. Maybe a phone power pack too for longer days

My children are 15 and 12 this time but I still take lots

Wet wipes
Anti bac hand gel
Prescription glasses in a case for Ds2 - he wears prescription sunglasses so we swap them out
Flask x 2 filled with ice (Dh carries the other 2)
Bottle of water or 2 from any QSDP meal at the resort to fill the flask
Mini first aid kit, plasters, paracetamol, blister plasters
Wet flannel in ziplock
Camera
Spare ziplocks - water ride protection for camera/phone
Phone

I would feel genuinely lost without a bag, I am so used to carrying one all the time. It sounds like a lot of stuff but it really isn't.

Dh has a small bag with camera, phone, flasks, possibly a bottle of water and that's it.
