It will depend when you first used the ticket if you are upgrading from a 14 day.

No from first use of 14 day tickets if you are upgrading.

We used tickets 21st and upgraded 27th but year for AP runs from 21st.

That's a little ambiguous.

Most (well, ok, *I*) would consider 12:00 AM to be at the start of the 22nd not at the end. That's what it usually means. The fact that it states AM implies it's in the (early) morning of that date at the start of the day, not in the evening at the end of the day.

Has anyone managed to change a 3 park 14 day to a 2 park seasonal this week. We just tried and they said they have had a system update and you can nowonly upgrade to a 3 park. We haven’t been to VB

We upgraded our 14 days tickets at 9 this morning to a two park seasonal pass at Guest Services at Islands of Adventure and even got a refund of $143 for the three tickets so it can still be done.

Tried 2 places in Studios. They have an updated system now that will only allow a 3 park ticket to upgrade to a 3 park ticket. $53 each so went for that anyway. They did say the system has only just been updated so maybe IOA is still on the old one.

I asked at guest services on Sunday and was told we were good to come in on Wednesday 22nd.
It’s now the 22nd and we all entered the park(universal studios) this morning no issues. Pass expires midnight tonight.
I first used the14 day 3 Park Uk ticket 21st August 2017. Upgraded 27th August 2017 to seasonal ap. I asked when I upgraded and was told good for a year and a day. That was correct. We have used them for last time 22nd August 2018.

Sorry other question. If we upgrade to a annual pass this year on the 23rd of Sep can we then next year upgrade this years pass to an annual pass that would cover the rest of next years holiday from Sep 23rd 2019 to Sep 2020? Hope that makes sense
