When did you check it? And at what park? As now 3 people confirmed they included the hopper due to a 'promotion'?

If it was me I would buy them in advance as you can pre-book fastpasses, but the choice is yours.

Hmm, that really does throw the cat amongst the pigeons. Such a 2 day ticket would be perfect for us also for our November trip. I'm not particularly worried about FP as we've been so many times. This trip was supposed to be a no-parks trip. Now my cousin is joining us so we decided to do just 2 days Disney, the plan was MK and Epcot. I've been humming and hawing about whether to get a 2 day ticket or instead to get a MVMCP only for MK and separate 1 day ticket for Epcot. The only thing that had me holding off was in case they decide to implement the 7pm entry this year instead of 4pm, in that case we would definitely get the ordinary MK ticket. Ah well, no decision required yet.

Disney have always allowed entry at 4pm,and we have already
purchased or tickets on line for the party in November.The ticket
does state entry from 4pm.

Excellent, thanks, good to know. I know 4pm was the standard previously but there's been the odd rumour flying around that things might change. It's good to know that the actual tickets officially say entry from 4pm.
