I ordered mine last Monday (24th) and they still haven't come yet! Should I be worried! Says 14 days but some of you seem to have got them really quick!

 I ordered my on Monday and will give them the 14 days after that if they haven't arrived I will phone.

My tickets have arrived.They came on Thursday by special delivery.Around two weeks after I ordered them,good service when you factor the Easter break in there.

Well I phoned Theme Park Tickets Direct on 15th April as I had paid for my tickets on 31 March. Was told tickets were in the post and right enough yesterday (16th) the 3 x 14 Day Ultimate Tickets arrived
 It's a great feeling to actually be able to hold them  now I can't wait to be able to use them  but with 74 days to go will have to try and be patient

Fab price..just knew it though..ordered ours from Mecury travel at £163 each just days before price started dropping again :angry:
 whats the chances of us being able to cancel/get refunded from Mercury (they havn't sent the tickets out yet)Helen x |
