I wish I got £500, I got £250.

Im not going to name them, I dont think it was there fault but I wanted to put this as a warning to others. The UK seller thinks this was because of a batch issue. It was a issue with the finger scans and not allowing us in.

The ticket company did try and solve this while I was over in orlando, The tickets taken off us on a tuesday, I contacted them via email on wednesday and they could only provide replacements on the wednesday afternoon so it was not that good for us, we then got a flight home on the friday.

We had used the cards 3 times.. 1 of the time we left early as it was raining most of the day.

It looks like etickets might be a better option then. Although you have to exchange them at least you get the tickets form the actual parks.

I know people prefer to have tickets before they go but perhaps it is worth getting a voucher so the tickets are printed by Universal on the day you collect them? I know it's extra time wasted on your first day but probably better than having to re purchase your tickets.

We have booked a night at RPR as a surprise for DS and if we can't use our tickets to take advantage of the early entry I will not be a happy bunny!
