Alamo - Checkin / Savetime / Skip the Counter

I have completed the savetime however it won't let me complete the online check in. So frustrating! Despite emailing the company there appears to be no way I can get past it. They say its because I booked through a 3rd party (Strathearn Publishing), which I didn't. I complete the details minus the airline details and then it says incomplete name. No idea how to get past this despite reading this informative thread and the sticky.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can attempt to collect your car with just your bar code from savetime but just be aware, you may get sent back to the counter.

Unless it starts working before we go, then think I might as well try with just the barcode I have got.

all I can suggest is keep trying I was trying for months until I got to do pass the counter and I got the barcode on the top of the page I was elated when I finally got it correct

Strathearn Publishing is Alamobrit. I couldnt do it either, just kept taking me to the page to book a new car!
