Just had confirmation that our July- Aug car parking will be refunded by HE

Found Manchester Short stay Multi storey Terminal 2 cheaper on Travel Republic.

I wasn't sure if they would honour he deal as TR have two prices for the on site multi storey, one of which matched Holiday Extra. Paid £103 but found it priced under £100 on TR

That's free parking and free airport lounge now. Still can't believe they offer the "free if" deal and not a refund of the difference like the other sites... But whilst they do still offer it I will continue to try and take them up on the challenge.

So currently Asda have a meet and greet for my stay at £45.72 and Holiday Extras have one at £45.89. If I booked this would I get it free even though they wont be using the same company by the look of it?

The t's and cs say it needs to be identical but it doesn't say it has to be with the same company so not sure.

I have just been having a look at parking comparing Travel Republikc and HOliday extras and I am so confused On TR site it seems to show two prices for the same parking
Short Stay - Multi Storey T2 - On Airport - £41
Short Stay (Multi-Storey) T2 - On Airport - £43

Has anyone any idea why two prices are shown?

I just sent a screen shot of the cheaper price which beat HE price and they have confirmed that I'll receive my money back after our holiday. If you look at the two above they are the same. I actually think this is a Travel Republic error on their web site but regardless you could purchase it cheaper so it qualifies for the "free if " with HE

As long as you can get a a screen shot which includes the date you've looked (within 24 hours of booking) you should get a successful claim

Thanks for the prompt replies! Have just been having a think about it and have realised that if we do the park and fly thing, (we are going to Venice for the weekend!) we will be parking up very early Friday morning about 4 a.m. which is fine, and returning into Manchester airport at 23.20 Sunday evening, so quite late to be driving back home and also we wouldnt be able to have any "Vino" on our last day

I think we might just opt for getting a Taxi as we only live about 30 minutes away, so not too expensive and then we can enjoy our last day in Venice without having to worry about having a drink or not!

Thanks for all the advice anyway, such a good share!
