Luckily I paid by credit card so hopefully should be covered financially, but that doesn't help with booking FP+ on Sunday
Orlando Attraction Tickets is just a trading name of US Rent A Car. They've been around since 2003 and are the largest car hire USA rental specialist in the UK. OAT have been advertising here on the DIBB, and happily used by DIBBers, for years.

Of course, that doesn't mean OAT won't be a bit late with delivering the tickets. If you paid extra for express delivery then check the ts&cs regarding when the tickets should arrive.

AmI being silly but when I,ve ordered tickets I,ve always put my leaving date/ arrival date a few weeks/month before my actual dates so I have my tickets in plenty time and not flapping in case anything goes wrong

Think the issue is that the tickets may not be there in time for booking FP+

I can see why you want want a more durable ticket but OAT can't be held responsible if that is how Sea World etc ticketing works.

is there the option to exchange for credit card style tickets in the parks? If so you could exchange them on the way out of the park when the ticketing booths are likely to be less queued.

The things people moan about never ceases to amaze me. They are proper gate ready tickets, just made of a different material.

I sympathise with the OP actually. Years back when we had two eager children bouncing up and down wanting to get in, imagine our shock when guest services didn't recognise our voucher. They wanted to give it back to us! Having gone all that way, we were not going to leave without getting in. The voucher was from Virgin Holidays which we had purchased at the welcome meeting. After about an hour, we got in. I pledged that I was never going to go through that again. Now I prefer to get my Disney tickets - real tickets - before I go. I think the phrase gate ready is confusing. Whilst I regularly buy and print off my SW and Universal/Bush tickets myself, and I get in without a problem (I recommend printing two sets so that if your purse gets wet, you still have a usable bar code!) as they scan at the gate, I do understand how somebody might feel. Now the OP will hopefully get comfort that the tickets received are normal.
