Fly Sharp... use or stay clear?

Found some great prices on sky scanner but the agent is fly sharp. Anyone had any experience of using them?

We used them in November. One leg of the flight was cancelled and rescheduled (not Flysharps fault, Delta changed their schedule). I had noticed this online on My Trip via the booking reference. However, Flysharp phoned me to ensure I had noticed the amendment. I would use them again as their price was really good.
