Alamo standard SUV 7seats?
Hi iam collecting a standard SUV from Alamo at MCO in April, where going with friends who will have there own hire vehicle but I was wondering if any one has any experiences of standard SUVs with 7 seats? This would save money on parking etc. An give us chance to have a drink on a evening if only one driver is needed😉😉🍻🍸 any help or tips will be appreciated,

Yes we had one of these.
It was perfect for a family of 4 plus luggage. We did on one occasion, use it for 6 people plus all luggage on the short trip between Disney and Universal. We all fitted but it was not at all comfortable and could not be done for any distance. Hope this helps!

Think Alamo have the 7 seater Ford Explorer within the standard 5 seater SUV category.
Just going to be a case of checking through the line of available vehicles (two sides at MCO if you're arriving there) and hoping for the best. |

We are travelling as a group of 7, albeit in two parties with two cars. For the occasions we are all together and doing the same parks/restaurants we are planning to use a 7 seater mini van rather than SUV as I believe this can better accommodate everyone in one vehicle.

Cheers, that might be a option we just like the ideas or a big SUV. The other option is a full size SUV for the other vehical, it's just there coming in at stupid prices at the mo!

I am sure you will be able to find a 7 seat in the standard row, I would not pay for a full size if it’s a big difference in price and you don’t need to. When I arrived in August several standard SUV models had 7 seat versions available, I got a Dodge Journey with 7 seats, and some of the Hyundai Santa Fe models also had 7, they were the only ones I looked at so you may find some of the others models also have 7.
The one I got is on this page http://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/show...107406&page=37 and the Hyundai on the last page http://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/show...107406&page=39 Edited at 10:34 AM. |

It's the luck of the draw but the last 2 times they have only had compact SUV's in the mid size row at MCO - these were more or less the same as a Vauxhall Mocca and had a tiny boot.

We booked standard SUV pick up from dccc and got a fantastic brand new Chevy Tahoe. Hubby absolutely loved it and it was massive!
