Help needed with hotels for a few days after cruise

I was looking at adding a few days onto the end of our holiday and I need a resort, that has quite a bit going on, has a nice beach area and need hotel recommendations please.

Has anyone any ideas to help.

This is for the Disney Med cruise next summer. I would also prefer all inclusive type places, I can hear the groans now. Any ideas?

We have stayed in Salou before, but I would like to try somewhere different.

I think you'd be best looking on sites like Travel Republic, Hotel.com etc., for hotels on the coast outside of Barcelona. If you are stuck for ideas/recommendations, then often Trip Advisor ratings for the area's hotels, are a good starting point.
