Day 2 - Islands of Adventure/Universal Studios
We had breakfast in the hotel. We did this most mornings as it was complimentary and pretty good to say it was free. There was a selection of cereals, breads, fruit and pastries. Also, some mornings there was eggs, bacon and sausage. Here was my plate I also love the red powerade in the US, I think it tastes so much nicer! We got to the IOA gates early as we wanted to go straight on Hagrids. For the queue, I bought a Java Chip Frappuccino from Starbucks. We only queued for Hagrids for about 80 minutes, and it was definitely worth it! My new favourite ride We headed over to Universal around lunchtime. We had lunch at Richter's Burger Co. I had the number 2 - The big one. I like this place because there's a salad bar which you can help yourself too. This was washed down with a Miller Lite. We had dinner at Senor Frogs on International Drive. This was a fun place with dancing servers and crazy drinks. However, all the food was VERY spicy, and we like spicy food. I had a Chicken Chimichanga. I wouldn't personally visit this place again, as there are much better Mexican food options. But the portions were a decent size.

Day 3 - Volcano Bay
I just grabbed some fruit for breakfast before we got an Uber to Volcano Bay. Top tip - the uber dropped us off at Cabana Bay and we could walk to Volcano Bay from there so we didn't have to get the shuttle bus or pay for parking I really love this water park and think the theming is incredible! As my phone and camera were put in the locker, I couldn't take a picture of my lunch. However, I had a pizza pretzel and a pot of cheese sauce which was AMAZING. For dinner, we headed to The Bull and Bear at the Waldorf Astoria on Disney property. We're big fans of The Tim Tracker and they say that this is the best restaurant in Orlando, and I completely agree To start, we had cocktails in the lobby bar - Peacock Alley. After being seated, we discussed with our server that we would like a tasting menu. He was excellent and put one together for us based on what we liked. More cocktails too... To start, there was a bread service and corn soup. Then an amuse bouche of fresh tomato and avocado. To follow, we had pasta explosion. This was incredible, there was so many flavours inside such a little spoonful. It was like something out of Willy Wonka, the pasta popped in your mouth and it literally was a taste explosion. I was desperate to try the fried chicken - and it did not disappoint. It was so delicious and crispy - served tableside. To finish, we had a steak to share. We had this with some fries and vegetables. I've heard their fries are famous but they were too salty for our taste. The whole meal however was incredible. All the food and service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion. Unfortunately we were too full to order dessert.

Day 4 - Epcot
We ended up eating left overs for breakfast from the night before as there was so much food! We got an Uber to Epcot. FPs: Spaceship Earth @ 09:15am Living with the Land @ 10.20am Soarin' @ 11:20am After we used our third fastpass, I refreshed the app a couple of times and we managed to get a 5:00pm one for Frozen We also managed to get on Test Track by going on Single Riders. Our first snack was the Beef Brisket Poutine from the Refreshment Port. This was delicious! We always like to eat at Refreshment Port. We then stopped for a drink at the Canada Pavilion. Dad had a Canadian beer and I had a Apple Cranberry Cocktail. Both were very refreshing for a hot day In the Morocco Pavilion - Tangierine Cafe. This was disappointing and the service was really rude. We had three pittas 1. chicken 2. lamb 3. falafel served with hummus and dips. I wouldn't recommend eating here. We managed to get a glimpse of the new skyliner at the International Gateway! It started raining whilst we were in the Japan pavilion so we stopped for a beer, green tea colada and edamame. I love the green tea colada! After riding Frozen, we went to Italy for some meat and cheese sharing platters in the wine cellar. This was washed down nicely with a glass of Pinot Noir and some beers. This was a really nice place to relax away from the park. We wanted to watch Illuminations as it would be our last time. We had a quick drink at the Rose and Crown and then watched the show. I will miss it but I do believe it was ready to go. Looking forward to seeing the new one!

Day 5 - Islands of Adventure
I started the day with a Pink Drink from Starbucks For lunch, I had some buffalo chicken wings from Backwater Bar. These were disappointing and not crispy Served with a blue cheese dip though. In rained for about 2 hours this day and we got soaked. Typical Florida weather. We managed to ride all Dr.Seuss rides, Hulk, Forbidden Journey and all the water rides Dinner was at CowFish - my favourite For starters, we shared truffle bacon fries, which were delicious! We also shared some deep fried brussel sprouts. For mains: - Dad had a bento box - Mum had a burger with mushrooms - I had the What's Shakin' Tuna Bacon Burger with a seaweed salad I love CowFish and highly recommend it! I think it's reasonably priced and we've always had good service. We decided to have some drinks at Jimmy Buffet's Lone Palm Airport bar. I had a frozen Pina Colada We finished the night with some reggae music at Bob Marley - A Tribute to Freedom. The DJ Angus was amazing and played all our requests. Such as fab last night in Citywalk.

We've eaten at Cowfish a couple of times now and always enjoy it. Those fries looked yummy as a starter.
I love the cocktails at Margaritaville, sounds like a really fun night.

They were amazing. I love the taste of truffle and I can't find many places in the UK that do it.
It was a fab night
