Richters Burger Company, Universal Studios
Lunch

Richters is another favourite at US because of the great burgers and toppings bar. They now also have the new Coke Freestyle machines.
We all had the cheeseburgers, mine is the one without all the 'healthy' stuff

Loving the food report so far - Can't wait to read some more

The Creme Brulee looks amazing and I've always wanted to try the pulled pork - Going to have to add it to my to do list for 2013

Yak & Yeti, Disney's Animal Kingdom
Dinner

Eating at Yak & Yeti has become a tradition for us now, the food is always great and so is the atmosphere.

To start with I HAVE got to have a Yak Attack here!

Wok-Fried Green Beans - battered green beans, sweet Thai chili dipping sauce $7.99

Pork Pot Stickers - pan seared or steamed, soy lime dipping sauce $8.49

Baby Back Ribs - slow-roasted ribs, hoisin BBQ sauce, chicken fried rice, sweet chili slaw $25.99

Shaoxing Steak and Shrimp - skirt steak, tempura-battered shrimp, jasmine rice, stir-fried vegetables, chili plum dipping sauce $25.99

Mango Pie - shortbread cookie crust, fresh whipped cream, raspberry sauce $6.99

Fried Wontons - Skewers of fresh pineapple and cream cheese wontons, vanilla ice cream, honey vanilla drizzle $7.99

As always we ahd a great meal at Y&Y and when we left the restaurant the park was closed so we had it to ourselfs on the walk out.

Citrico's, Grand Floridian Resort
Dinner

We had not eaten here before but had eaten at Narcoossee's so wanted a change. The thing I liked was that the restaurant is part of the main building and just off from the stunning lobby

I had to have another cocktail, this time with a glow cube!

Blue Crab Pave - Lump Crab, Capers, Meyer Lemon, Fennel-Celery Salad, Avocado, Olive Tapenade and Piquillo Vinaigrette $15.00

Braised Veal Shank - Carrot-Potato Mash, Roasted Vegetables, and Toasted Citrus Gremoloda $46.00

Oak-grilled Filet of Beef - Spanish Onions, Peppadew and Banana Peppers, Quattro Formaggi Potato Puree, and Glace de Viande $41.00

Warm Chocolate Banana Tart - with vanilla ice cream and handcrafted Belgium couverture chocolate crown $11.00

Tropical Fruit Creme Brulee - with mango, pineapple and passion fruit $10.00

The meal was amazing and did not disappoint. It will be a hard choice next time to choose Citrico's or Narcoossee's!

Via Napoli, Epcot
Dinner

This was another first for us and were looking forward to it.
First impressions are good, the building looks like it was there since 1982 and fits in very well. The only negative was the very small lobby/waiting area which was very crowded.

Arancini - fried saffron risotto balls filled with mozzarella and meat ragu $10.00

Gelato e Sorbetto - vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, lemon sorbet $7.00

Zeppole di Ricotta - Ricotta cheese fritters, served with whipped cream and chocolate sauce $10.00

Had a great meal here and would go again. We were lucky as we were eating a massive thunderstorm hit Epcot and the rain lasted hours, got wet on the way out though!
