3 weeks in Orlando

The Challenge - 3 weeks in Orlando. 1 week at Disney, staying at Port Orleans Riverside Hotel - upgraded QSP to DDP. 2 weeks in a villa at Windsor Hills Resort.

The Cast - Me - Sarah (36), supply teacher, wannabee food photographer. Extremely obsessed with the DDP - have a massive lever arch file full to the brim with menus and dining reviews and reports from the Dibb. Also, obsessed with recipes and cookbooks (book count currently over 160!) Have been obsessed with Disney ever since I was allowed to rent Disney Resort videos in the 1980s and was fortunate enough to go to Disney World for my honeymoon with DH.

DH (Rich, 49 shhhhh) professional in real life, would love to be a football radio commentator. Has been to Disney a few times before (including our honeymoon!) Seems to be tolerating my obsessive nature at the moment but we still have 65 days to go!

DD (Evie, 9). Loves all things American especially Sam and Cat, Victorious and Descendants. Wants to meet lots of characters and try out scary rides.

DS (James, 7). Seems excited but clearly unsure of what to expect when we get there. Very nervous about rides.

The Plan - I am currently re-jigging a few ADRs but have a plan for every day. Have seriously found my organisation gene!

Thank you! I broke the news to DH this morning that I would be doing a food report and that I needed to take a photo of everything before anyone can take a bite. That went down well ;-)

Don't worry, they soon get trained. I don't even have to ask my OH anymore. He just passes me his phone straight away so I can get a picture of mine and sits back and waits until he has done the same for his. Bless him.

Ooh me too especially as we are also staying at POR for a week with upgraded ddp when we go and have a 9 yr old who loves Sam and Cat and Victorious tho mine is a boy! I haven't upgraded my son to the adult ddp but think I should as he's really adventurous with food - have u?
