Help with light fitting

The light went in our kitchen cabinet so we went to get the bulb out but there was no bulb just a disc.
Anyone know what to get to replace it and is it any easy job

Thank you

I'm not a Spark but I think that's a Puck Light. Has it got a code on it?

I assume you have the lights on a 12v transformer. Maybe cheaper to wire in a new fitting.

Is that an easy thing to do?

If it's 12v yes as you can't go wrong and the risk to you is zero.

Do you know if it's on a tranny? Can you see that? Maybe on top of a cupboard or tucked at the top of one.

If it is and the wire is very thin like front door bell wire then you can buy any type of cupboard light and connect it up. It might be that the wire has a spade connector to lug into the existing fitting but you can cut that off and use the wires instead to connect to a new one.

Looking at the resistors on the back it looks like an LED lamp to me. As MrTom says it seems to be 12volt so should be ok safetywise. It looks like the wires are soldered on so probably easier to trace the wires back to the transformer and replace the whole internal bit.

I cant make out the number but if you google it you might find a direct replacement from Amazon or similar
