I don’t disclose my Sale/purchases On any public record so they dont show up on free searches with land registry or zoopla etc - when the solicitors carry out due diligence they can get the paperwork (for a small fee) from land registry

Seems that must be the case. The free search didn't show the sale and register of that but I paid the £3 to access the title deeds online and phew! It shows the sale date and my parents names.
I don't recall ever being asked if I wanted my house purchase hidden from the register search when I've moved . |
