Hi everyone I thought I’d let you know we’ve booked flights direct from Manchester and flying via Boston home for £2780 we still need to add in luggage but it’s the best we’re probably going to get. Super excited and also feeling sick paying such a large sum in one transaction 😅 thanks again for all your replies 😊

Try not to worry about the indirect element on the way back. One of our children (albeit now a teenager) is high functioning autistic (Aspergers). We have found over the years that lots of preparing, talking through what will happen and when and looking at the break in the journey as a chance to have a bite to eat or drink and a bit of a chill to be beneficial, especially when we download maps of what is where and talk him through some choices.
