Just to clarify, you are buying your tickets from Orlando-Ticket-Deals, I assume? It only works with that one company. And you are entering the code as "DIBB10" - all in capitals? Not "Dibb10". Finally, although I'm not sure whether it's required, I suggest you click on the link above in the yellow box where it says, "Orlando Ticket Deals £10 off per Disney ticket with the code DIBB10". Hopefully, that should help?

So when you go to the checkout page, scroll down to the "Enter discount code" section and but in "DIBB10" it doesn't show the following:  ? You are trying to buy Disney tickets and not just Universal or Seaworld tickets, I assume?

We always use Orlando Ticket Deals they have usually been the cheapest for us.
