Man T2 Escape plus to gate

I believe with the new Manchester expansion that there is a long walk from the lounges to the gate. We are flying at 10.40 in March with Virgin UC and I believe are allocated the escape plus and would welcome anyones recent experiences

Not walked from the Escape lounge to the new terminal area, but I can tell you it was a good 15 minutes walk when we got off the plane recently in that bit and walked to the main terminal in T2 where the lounges are.

Took us about 10 mins to walk from Frankie and Benny’s to the new gates back in October if that helps.
