It's not the experience Disney sell.
Places like Peco Bills, Casey's etc. It's all getting a bit daft.

Caseys have issues as they don’t have a kids meal.

No idea the issue at Pecos Bill although there is often abuse of the toppings bar so potentially people are buying a kids meal and then filling up with the free salad? Just a thought but I’ve often heard of people sharing meals in there and stretching it to two people with the toppings bar.

Casey shouldn't have an issue as it says kids should choose from kids menu when there is one. This implies if there is not one then they should be able to get the adult food. This is all very poor from disney and it doesn't seem to be getting sorted

Yeah. That's how it should work and that's what customer service staff are telling staff, but it seems Casey hasn't received the memo.

I'll no doubt get the same problem later at one of the other places without a menu for kids.

So i just called Disney and spoke to a really helpful cast member. Unfortunately it is correct that if you have already added flights then they can't upgrade the kids tickets. He said it's because of the flight info already been passed on and because of international flights.
He did say it wouldn't usually be a problem, and that they haven't stopped upgrading tickets without flights.

Pretty annoying for us as my eldest is 9.5 so i wish i'd just upgraded him in the beginning as we do struggle at sit-downs anyway because the kids menu is so limited.
it's just always the same stuff and i don't want them eating burgers/chicken tenders and pizza everyday. We usually encourage healthy meal choices so that then they are allowed treats through snacks.

Probably just going to Pay OOP for a few quick service meals for them as they wouldn't dream of eating those uncrustables things!

Is there a good place for us all to provide feedback about the limited food choices on the kids menus to Disney?

We've all chosen to upgrade our tickets, where possible, in order to resolve the issue but it's not really addressing the root cause.
