Like many, I've been getting a higher price when going through Quidco to AutoEurope.

But this evening I tried the Quidco AutoEurpoe link and it was the same price as going through an AutoEurope newsletter email.

So for those with an Auto Europe booking it might be worth checking if going through Quidco is the same price as your current booking so saving 5% or is still more expensive.

Here's an example of the same price I was getting.

You’re correct. It now shows same price. I had a full size car booked for £350 direct. Went via Quidco this time and chose a standard car via Alamo Max so free upgrade to Full size car for £337 and 5% Quidco.

Don't know what happened but I can access my Alamo reservation now. Weird how I couldn't get into online check in on Alamo while autoeurope was down and now I can. Who knows but all is well now.

Just booked ours over the phone after getting a quote on the site
Pick up and drop off at the Dolphin.
The fact that a few on here have used and continue to use them was a good enough for us. Paid with a Mastercard, so if anything happens it can be clawed back.
I must say that the girl I was to on the phone was fantastic to deal with.
The whole process was over and done with in under 5 mins and she asked to stay on the line to verify that the confirmation email had been received.
