When we were there last Halloween, it definitely wasn't as bad as when we were there during the summer a couple of years before that. We never saw anyone walking round smoking, nor in queues or at the parades etc. Everyone seemed to keep within the designated smoking areas.

Things are a lot better. The worst people I have come across are Brits. It is difficult to stop everyone.

Only been to DLP once (2011), and the smoking in queues was my overriding memory of the trip. Definitely felt that the French had taken over Disney.
Pleased to read that things may have improved
