Help me fit in Universal

After varying advice regarding whether or not we should go to universal with our 6,4 and 18 month old we have decided we are going to just go for it. Holiday of a lifetime and may not be back for a number of years and don't want to miss out. I realise the kids might not be able to get on a lot of rides, but to experience it and see the characters I think will be worth it, thoughts?
my initial itinerary plans were as below... What would you take out to fit in Universal for a day? IOA for a day?
I'm thinking possibly 14th and 17th April to swap with the above? Thoughts?

10th HS early
11th AK early
12th Seaworld
13th MK early
14th Epcot afternoon +illuminations in evening
15th Free day
16th AK afternoon+ RoL show in evening
17th HS
18th Typhoon lagoon and straight to MK wishes show
19th Epcot
20th HS afternoon+ Fantasmic show in evening
21st last full day MK
22nd pool and home

If it was my family we would be dropping a Hollywood studios day as it is our least favourite park (I do love tower of terror though).However I know that it is very popular with a lot of people. How about you do all the Disney parks then decide which you definitely want to go back to and which you could maybe drop as a second day. You can still book fast passes for all the days in advance and then cancel them if you don't go. Alternatively you could go on your rest day.

I think in your position I would lessen the time you have pencilled in for Hollywood Studios. If I'm correct you have three visits there which if you alter would allow a visit to US/IOA. Do remember though it will be extremely busy so have a look beforehand what your must do's are in each park and tick them off the list as early in the day as possible. Check the times too so that you know when the character meets and parades are to give you a rough plan. The Minions are quite often between the Despicable Me ride exit and the shop posing for photos if the kids wish to meet them.
