Cost of meals without DDP

Hi,

I am trying to decide whether to stay at AKL for 5 or 6 nights and then rent a villa or just rent a villa. The budget item I don't have a clue on is the approx cost of a meal (it would be generally 2 courses) at a nice table service Disney restaurant without DDP. There are a few Disney restaurants we would like to try so trying to weigh up on site with DDP of off site villa but eating on site. Trying to decide if on site is worth the extra cost.
Thankyou!

Have a look at the menus. Gives you an idea of prices. If you have a car you could still venture out for dinner. Millers Kissimmee isn't too far from AKL.

I misunderstood your question, apologies. I think if you plan to eat quite a lot onsite the free dining is a better deal. AKL is beautiful too and has some of the best choices on property. You could always do a split stay like you say. You can get free dining for a 5 night trip.

The average our table service meals would have been had it not been for DDP was about $200 for a family of 4. The QS meals came to about $50. Then there were the snacks at upto $5 and unlimited soft drinks at your hotel. Well worth it in my opinion and I have to disagree with those who say it's too much food.

Quick service meals, main, dessert and drink can be up to $20 pp. Table service I would say $25-40 pp depending what you have. We were $110 in Be Our Guest for dinner for 2 adults. We had a soft drink each, steak and a dessert. That included tip.
