Making ADR at universal

Hi I'm looking to book a character breakfast at cafe la bamba at universal in August and also looking at booking a character diner for my daughters birthday. We are staying at Windsor palms but We have just booked one nights stay at hard rock hotel so we can get the express passes & early morning to Harry Potter. I'm I right in thinking I can't make ADR yet? It's too early isn't it? What's the earliest we can book? Thanks

looking at the site, you can book upto 3 months in advance

universal isnt like disney though, you can probably book the day before and still get a place, so i wouldnt worry about it too much...
