I requested prices for 2022 and I almost had a heart attack, 2100 - 2800 for 3 weeks. I am not saying the villas aren't nice or anything derogatory but I have to admit I was shocked. Yes its over October half term but I was very unprepared for that. I was thinking 1800ish. I don't think I'll ever be able to rent a villa again

£600 a week for a detached villa with a pool sounds very cheap to me. We used to charge friends £500 a week 15 years ago.
The exchange rate now is alot worse too for UK income being used to pay bills in the US.
