Getting to know the DIBB

I moved our booking to April 2021 from October this year at BC. New booking is currently at YC as they canít book BC till it reopens. Itís ridiculously expensive for my 9 night stay there and will move if the price stays at this level, with or without perks! We love the BC but this is double previous cost for same time of year. Iíve stayed at the Swan and would stay there again.

We are currently booked for 5 nights at POR next year (summer). The original booking was a preferred room with free dining and 21 day ults for summer 2020.

We moved forward the booking(inc same dates etc) to summer 2021 but had to pay extra and lost our $300 gift cards and free dining.

I was going to change it to all stars music BUT dilly dallied and now that option is not available.
I don't want to lose my 21 day ults because i've reserved all the parks BUT I need to change the dates.
I'm still fuming with them over losing all the perks.

At least offer us a discount or soome incentive please!

We would still go as long as we can get there. We were planning on BC if free dining but have downgraded to CBR And just paid deposit.

In terms of the perks, as a comparison of sorts we went to Center parcs last week. Instead of unlimited pool use, we could book 2 two hour slots. We had restricted hours on the arrival / departure day and restricted menu options and some activities not available. However, we still had a great time and going on holiday was much better than not doing so. I can see if Florida is a genuine once in a lifetime trip thereís really good reason to defer but otherwise a trip to Disney is much better than no trip at all - I just want to go!
