Did anyone watch Tim Tracker's video today?

I think I've been pronouncing Le Cellier incorrectly since 1992...

I wouldn't say he is right - it is not "La" anything! (le is pronounced luh not lah, la is pronounced la)- found that really irritating.

But the Cellier bit was how I pronounce it... like in French...

How did you pronounce it?

Hmm with my (posh ) Essex accent it sounds more ‘Le Sellee-er’. If that makes sense!

oh - so -er instead of -ay at the end...

I think lots of people do that ... (well the posh Essex ones anyhow)
