My db and wife and stayed at Regal Oaks a couple of years ago and enjoyed it. They managed to walk to several places and said they would stay there again should the opportunity arise.

Stayed 2 years ago. Initially thought the town house was lovely. So big, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. Then really started to find faults. Broken blinds, dirty, the patio was covered in green slime, dead bugs, rubbish left. We complained and they sorted it straight away. I would stay here again. The space was lovely. It’s a very big resort so it depends where you are as to the possibility of walking to restaurants etc. We were right over the back and couldn’t even walk to the pool as it was to far.

We stayed 5 years ago through Virgin Holidays... had a beautiful 2 bed town house (lovely & modern) with a hot tub (very welcome after days in the park)
I contacted them to ask for a quiet location before I stayed (DS has ASD ) & they put us towards the back which was great... had a few noisy neighbours every now & again but would def stay again... only real downside for us was the location on the 192 we much prefer the Formosa gardens end than the Old town one... nicer restaurants but that’s our opinion Pool is great & we had a cabana (free for Virgin guests) one day which was great... my DSs & DH loved a swim break from the parks
