I bought Dave a head torch because he is lagging the loft and has broken the light and lost two torches in the process!

I bought DH a dolce gusto coffee maker when they first came out for his birthday. He likes coffee so I thought it was an inspired present... he didn't think the same!

My husband once got me a bone saw, and an army ammunition box.

I was delighted with both.

My parents bought each other an electric carving knife one Christmas. My dad didn’t have a romantic bone in his body and didn’t even get my mum an engagement ring. To be fair, my mum thought the money would be better spent on a carpet so that’s what she got instead!
