Seeing dibbers being referred to by their first names more and more on threads. How do you all know each other ? I know a couple dibbers now friends through meets but didn’t think they happened anymore, just curious

I'm guessing Facebook. I don't know as I'm not on any other social media. I know a few give their names away or their names are part of their usernames.

I'm not on Facebook but I think a fair few are.
But I have been here so long, and have read so many trippies that I know a fair few people's names, unless of course they've gone all nom-de-plume and balaclavaed up on thier trippies ! |

Don't know how anyone knows mine
  Actually I remember years ago when almost everyone seemed to have sparkly signatures like mine,I've had it for years and would love to change it,but don't know how anymore

I used to have a sparkly signature image with my name before I changed it, so I guess some people have remembered that, plus I've done a couple of food reports. No Facebook etc for me.
