disneyworld.disney.go/en_GB/

Lyn, I use a workaround that works for me 100% of the time (but may not work for everyone, just sharing) even though it's quite tedious to do

I go to

disneyworld.disney.go/

it will default me to the UK page (or EU as far as I'm concerned, as living in mainland EU)

I've noticed that if I go anywhere to check plans, or in any mydisneyexperience feature, changing to US doesn't work

so I change to Canada (English) and then go to "theme park tickets"

once the page is loaded, I change again to United States (English)

and from that moment on, it sticks to US

again it might not work for everyone, but as far as I'm concerned, it works for me 100% of the time, and that's the only way I've had the US site behaving like I want it to.
Using firefox on PC

Thank you chmurf, I will give it a try.

I couldn't get on the US site at all the other week but yesterday it allowed me to, it's a bit temperamental [just like my wife ].

I am on a desktop and last week I tried using Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge [I think that's what it's called], and Opera and I couldn't get on there at all, but as I said, yesterday I got on there without any problems.
