Florida escapes- is it legit?
Hi guys, I used the Florida escapes recommended ticket link at the top of the page to buy my park tickets. But worries as just got a ropey looking attachment in a blank email as a reciept and that’s it. Have tried their website and out my log in details in but it won’t Email me a password. Will try ringing them but they are only open from 9-5 which I’m at work for. Has anyone used them before? Will my tickets get to me or should I start panicking?

our son ordered his universal tickets from Florida escapes about three weeks ago. He opted for real tickets and they arrived last week. Happy with service

Have used Florida Escapes on many occasions and was always happy with them. They wouldn’t be kept as advertisers here if they didn’t offer good customer service.
I don’t believe you have anything to worry about. |

We have used them on every trip (including one later this month) and have always had a great service!

Weve used them before with no issues. Used them again the other week. We got 3 emails, one was a blank email with a reciept attachedtitled pay360confirmation, the other 2 and order summery from them and another explainign about 18 days delivery.
Ive emailed them succcessfully in the past. |

I’ve rung them today and the lady said she would ring me back in 15 minutes and never did. I called them an hour after and no answer. I’ve called them and left them a voice mail as tried another three times and no answer. I have just tried again and it says offices are closed but it’s ten past 4 and their message says open til 5pm so now I’m panicking a bit and don’t know whether I should repurchase elsewhere!

hmm, that doesnt reflect our experiences with them, but i can well understand that your concerned. Have you tried emailing them?
This may sound daft, but you could try messaging them in twitter or facebook (they have accounts on there), ive found several times with different companies that they seem to repond to these more / better then phone calls. (last experience was Dartcharge, got the fine waived by tweeting them, and some of my friends too!). I hope you get this resolved, and its just been some bad luck for your last few attempts. |
