This may sound daft, but you could try messaging them in twitter or facebook (they have accounts on there), ive found several times with different companies that they seem to repond to these more / better then phone calls. (last experience was Dartcharge, got the fine waived by tweeting them, and some of my friends too!).

I hope you get this resolved, and its just been some bad luck for your last few attempts.

Used them recently, no issues at all. Everything they said they would do they did. Tickets took 3 weeks to arrive as advised

I also have a blank email with no working attachment. Guess we will see in 18 days if I'm getting the tickets!

Have used them 4 or 5 times as nearly always the cheapest; we did notice there was Usually a delay for delivery, I usually put a much closer date than my visit.
