okay found it but no where does it say its cancelled... agggh i definitely did it. I remember the screen saying thank you for letting us know you are cancelling etc :|

Just gone on to check mine and still showing as open booking, I didnt take a screen shot or anything of me cancelling it.

okay well I just thought i'd try ringing and got straight through. It is marked as cancelled and she said they are working through all of them. She said to check back in a few days and see if it has been updated. phew... with not getting any kind of email saying we had done it, just the screen saying so is worrying for ppl. all it needed to do was ping out an auto email as you did it to say so and no doubt it would save them having millions of calls.

Ok. So I checked manage my booking. Both rooms at FQ say they are cancelled.

Both rooms for next year at POP are on there, but no mention of gift cards. The gift cards are however mentioned on my invoices. I haven’t had cancellation emails for this year but I’m not too worried about that. And I’ve not received confirmation emails for next year but rooms are linked on MDE. 🤔

And I think the £50 deposit must have been moved over to the new booking as I’ve also had an email for that.

Yeah, I cancelled mine too (and got the screen saying thanks for letting them know) but mine is still showing in MDE and on Manage my Booking. There's even an option to pay off my balance.

I think they even said that if you don't answer by the 27th June then the booking would be automatically cancelled. But it still hasn't.

Gawd, I was hoping to avoid having to contact Disney to ask them to cancel it. I thought pressing that button would do it for me.

I'll leave it a few days (well, probably until the end of next week) and if it still hasn't been cancelled I'll give 'em a call.
