TUI Premium airport lounge access
I have upgraded my seats from economy to premium and believe I now have access to a lounge at the airport. I cannot find anything on TUI website. Do they have their own lounge?, does it include all other lounges and do I just turn up and hope they let me in?. I had already tried to book a lounge before I upgraded and they were all fully booked so not sure how this will work. Travelling in 5 days so would be grateful for any information.

I think you just show your boarding card. We had access to the Escape Lounge at East Midlands last year, and the Palm Lounge at Sanford.

Gatwick it's the Number 1 lounge I think. We have booked premium for this trip!

Hi, flew out of Manchester with Tui on Easter Sunday, booked premium and was supposed to get lounge access.
We’re told at check in that the lounge wasn’t available - no reason given - but we got handed Ł20 vouchers each for food instead, so we had a brekkie at Frankie and Bennies. Didn’t feel we missed out on much to be honest. On the plus side the flight over on the Dreamliner was superb, very comfortable and the staff were very attentive with drinks plus the food was very good. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again, we flew premium with BA last time and compared to the Tui premium it was shameful. |

Its a really nice lounge at Gatwick, tea coffee, brunch type thing. Nice change from battling round at airport, nice and relaxing. Its at the back on the left hand side.
