mobility scooter hire ?

Hi Guys

so for our trip I need to hire a scooter for my mum .. she is tiny but had a stroke last year and just cant walk more than a few yards.
ive heard that Disney don't allow you to get one delivered, we are staying at beach club for 12 nights then to hard rock for 7 nights .. any idea of best way to do it ?

thanks
lisa

We always collect our rental scooter from km-rentals they have one that breaks down to fit in the boot of a car you could collect one or get an uber to collect (they are opposite the turning for Celebration on the 192)

I thought that Scooterbug are now the sole suppliers for mobility aids to be delivered to resort hotels without the guest being present to sign for the delivery? The other major companies such as Buena Vista deliver at set times and I think you meet the van at the resort and sign for the item and arrange a time for it to be collected at the end of your stay.

Yes, Scooterbug are Disney’s official supplier now. We are wanting a manual wheelchair for August but they don’t seem to have a small adult one, ie 16”. Have tried their contact form but no-one is responding. Anyone used them before? Reliable?
