Flybe has gone into administration

As the title says.

I know they often pair with Air France, and fly from local airports, so thought I'd share the info. Hopefully they'll get rescued, or anyone booked will get help! X

Flybe flew CDG to Birmingham, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Exeter, Manchester, Southampton so hopefully not too many people are stranded.

I saw Easyjet were doing �65 rescue flights with 15kg luggage and fly from CDG and Orly back to the UK if that is any help. They fly both back to Bristol which is probably some help for anyone stuck trying to get back to Exeter, Cardiff or Southampton

Felt sorry for that family stranded. Due to fly out for their holiday to DLP today. The parents said the kids had been crying etc.

We booked with Disney holidays for the end of May and our flights were with Flybe, they have been excellent to resolve the matter. We were emailed yesterday morning to say they were working with other airlines to rearrange transport following Flybe's collapse and it would be prioritised by departure date... I was expecting to wait days but by the afternoon we got a call to say that the flights had been rebooked with another carrier and were very similar departure times. Very happy with the way they handled the situation.
