Your report has been really helpful with ideas for our trip in July. My kids are just a year younger than yours so interesting to see what you did. Build a Bear is such a money pit! With 2 girls I've spent hundreds! Glad you had what sounds like a fantastic holiday.

Thankfully we haven't had to spend more money in BaB

You will all love NYC - so many iconic things to see - and I think you don’t have to spend lots to see and do a lot!

Just wanted to say thank you for a great trip report. I have made so many notes for our trip next year. We are going for 5 nights so won't be able to able to see as much as you but you have given me plenty of ideas. We have Islanders tickets too as we're huge ice hockey fans, I think they are now in a different arena to the one you visited though. Much of your itinery is what I have planned (in my mind anyway) to do and one thing I do know is I need to get walking if I'm going to have the stamina to last out the 6 days of our trip
