Florida masters
Just seen this on Facebook
BEA Enterprises trading as Florida Masters has ceased trading. BEA Enterprises operated as a retail agent of ATOL holders. The ATOL holder protecting any holiday you booked will be provided on your ATOL certificate.≈ All ATOL holders have been notified and they will be responsible for providing all elements of your holiday and collecting any balances that may be due.≈ As a result of the current COVID 19 Crisis, the ATOL holders will be making contact with you if your booking was scheduled to travel within the next 30 days. Please do not contact them as you will be unlikely to get through.

Now that Florida Masters have ceased trading what is the best course of action if you have a package holiday booked with them. Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated. We were due to fly on Friday 3rd April 2020. Thanks

Getting Excited

Hello
We have a trip scheduled for July 2020 booked through Florida Masters. All Florida Masters bookings have been taken over by Major Travel (who are the named on the ATOL certificate). Bookings have split into 2 groups and will be administered either by a team directly at Major Travel or by Your Florida Holiday (a retail agent who use Major Travel’s ATOL ). I spoke with Your Florida Holiday yesterday - they have my booking now and have agreed a revised balance payment date - we were due to settle balance on 25th April. This is now set for early June. This gives us a little more time, however, still think we will cancel (or will have cancellation due to FCO advice etc). The chap at Your Florida Holiday was incredibly helpful, very flexible with options including offer to reschedule to 2021. So I expect some one will be in touch about your holiday soon or you could e mail helpdesk@major.travel saying as Florida Masters is in liquidation who is taking over your booking. Cheers. |
