April time

Hey guys we usually go in October, but thinking about going last week March for two weeks. How busy is it compared to October? Any difference in the heat?

April is the time we always go. Temperature is similar to October average around 27-28 degrees, with virtually no rain.
Parks will be busier around Easter but they are busy nearly all year round now.

Love April and October weather wise but find Easter way too busy.

We find that the first half of the year is a drier heat, whereas September and October can be really humid. I prefer the first half of the year, weather wise by a long way!

Thanks everyone, spring break is usually the middle of April isn’t it?

Easter 2021 is early April so the busiest time will likely to be around 27 March to 11 April or thereabouts.

April's temperatures are comparable with September / October but as others have said, tend to be a drier heat and also less rainfall. Great time to go!

Spring break is before Easter, normally the middle 2 weeks of March roughly.

Spring break is just finishing up right now. It happens throughout March. Different states have different weeks, so it's a month long event. It's followed/includes Easter, depending when that falls, which can make the parks really busy in two weeks up to and including Easter. We were there for Spring Break weeks one year (the first two weeks of March) and found the crowds in the parks quite manageable, despite it being mainly east coast schools that were on holiday. It seems that most head for beaches in Florida, rather than theme parks, or only do the odd day at Disney, I guess due to cost!

Following this post intently we are booked for October this year but have a feeling we will have to move as no one knows what’s going to happen and have been debating about middle 2 weeks of March or beginning of May.
