Cinnamon buns

Well yesterday I was supposed to be sitting in an airport hotel ready for our flight to Athens today. Instead it was chucking it down so I did some sunday baking.

From the hummingbird bird book. Would still rather be on my way Greek island hopping with my buddy but it helped. Anyone else been baking?

They look lovely, very scrummy.

I did some last week from "Jenny Can Cook" on You tube. She said they were lower in calories & fat because they used less sugar & butter and no cream cheese.

Although they were tasty, I did notice the lack of "something". Next time, I'll just go all out!

Yup it was slathered on, go big or go home lol. I will say I had one. My kids ate most and the rest got delivered to family. I would have needed rolling out of the house otherwise x
