Gosh, I had a delivery last week and I didn’t even open the box. I’m going to check mine this evening now! I’d be cross with that date. Hopefully you’ll hear back from them soon.

We bought a few different types in-store 2 weeks ago; 2 left dated 3/20 & 6/20.

I bought some of the chocolate penguins and snowman from the shop but I think the dates were March. They are wrapped up so I hope so!

I ordered partner the grand advent calendar and all items from it are well dated - We order a lot from them and never had an item with such short date on it.

I would suspect it's more an issue with Amazon's stock rotation/slow moving lines than Hotel Chocolat themselves. I wouldn't be happy with such short dates without being aware upfront. I hope you get a decent resolution.

A VERY kind Dibber (beegnjasmum) decided to send my DD Isabel a beautiful Hotel Chocolat gift set last week as a lovely surprise. It’s dated BB 1.3.20. It definitely won’t still be around by then!

I checked the dates on the chocolate delivered today and the majority has 4/5 month dates on. One has a shorter date but I know they will not reach anywhere near that and will probably be gone by Boxing Day 😂😂
