End of whatever the nearest likely exit row is you can find. You cannot second guess keeping empty seats next to you so your aims should be not to get trapped by others and getting off fast. Or risk one of the couple of back row seats of two and hope for a spare. But then you’re off last.

Where ever you want to sit. If you prefer a window then choose a window.

Exit row, so you can get up and down without bothering anyone, and they won't bother you.

I've sat in 25c several times now and find it well worth the extra cost. I sit there even though I don't travel solo. I prefer it so that I have the extra space and as above so I can get up and down without bothering anyone. With the added bonus of first off the plane.

I would have a look and see if there was an outside seat still available on row 79 or 80 (the bubble). Early on the plane, quickly off the plane with very little disturbance during the flight.
