6 month passport question (German)

I know that this question gets asked all the time about UK passports and we can travel to the US with less than 6 months remaining on a passport. Does anyone know if it’s the same rule for German passports? (Travelling UK to US)

Passports issued by Germany, Portugal and about 40 other nations do not need any grace on their passports to travel to the USA

Sorry I've only just seen this, but glad that you got your answer. The link that Mick provided is better than the one that I had, so I've saved it to my phone.
