Trouble adding virgin flight club numbers.

I’m trying to add our Virgin Atlantic flight club numbers to our booking but I get a message saying sorry there’s a problem. I’ve double checked the numbers are correct. We have booked through a 3rd party and have only paid a deposit at this stage, could that be why?

Can you actually see your booking and select your seats on the VA website?

Yes, I’ve already selected the seats. It just won’t let me add the numbers.

Mmm, strange. I would live chat with them. They are very helpful.
The other option is to message them off the website as that seems to be quicker.

Maybe it’s because it’s a deposit only option?
I book direct and literally as I book the flight I select our seats and populate my Wife’s flying club number.
Mine is automatically on the booking as I log into the VA website before I book.

Have you paid deposit only too? I wandering if that’s why I can’t add them on.
