What food can you not do without!

I don’t suppose there is any you can’t do without you might miss some. I haven’t eaten red meat since New Year and I can’t say I’ve missed it - I miss the odd thing like tacos with chilli but not really that bad. I think though because I started eating white meat (I gave up both) I’m not too bad. I’m a very fussy eater and essentially mainly eat chicken so probably for me chicken - but I have been veggie so no biggie unless we can’t have salad 😂😂.
One thing I would miss is cheese!
I LOVE cheese and could eat it with everything!

Well as M and S sell most foods not much sacrifice there!

Years ago we used to buy our wine in M and S. I think it was before they sold food or other supermarkets sold wine.

Having lived in Italy and their aversion to fast food, global food and steadfast in their preservation of all things Italian I learned, albeit slowly, to live without most foods I had grown used to growing up in the UK.
But tea , specifically Yorkshire tea , is non negotiable.
Add to that proper Italian pizza, chillies and lemon basil .
Good olive oil.
Iced coffee.
Vodka.
Baileys.
Amaretto .
Amaro Averna.
Sensing a theme
Milk.
Pasta.
French baguette.
Kerrygold butter.
Tiffin choc bar Cadburys...maybe.

I asked my eldest son this Q and he said easy : Pasta. He eats it every single day. Without fail.
