Will have to catch up later, as just cooking dinner, but saw the bit about fur. I have a special hair tool/razor thing that I use and I just go at a bit every day.
Trinity gets in right under her chin sometimes. The other thing I will use is the electric shaver, but that can freak them out.
Aww poor baby, you sound worried, like I am when it happens xx

Jeez you lot can talk .. I'm running a bath, and was like, oh I'll catch up with the girls while its running. Its pretty much full now, so unless downstairs want a free shower, I'll have to make this quick.

Kel .. nice to have you back, epic post as usual. You're putting me to shame in the gym this week, I haven't been yesterday or today I use you to push me in the gym too ... I'm competitive that way ... lol!

Oh god, I can't remember what everyone else posted, goddamit, will have to be a fairly selfish post for now.

My tum is still really hurting, I'm not normally a whinger (although it may not seem like it on this forum .. my lil venting post) but I honestly cried myself to sleep last night I was in so much pain, I have no idea whats going on. It has eased a little today, but will see how it is over the weekend, if its still sore on Monday I'm for the quacks.

Hospital phoned today about my MRI they are sending an appt out to me.

Going back to work properly is all in action, need to do some recertification etc over the next few weeks, and got the date for my final final final exams ... 7th dec ... eeek o mondo!

Right heading into the bath for some self pity time, and I'll catch up with you all later.

Morning girls, hope ur all well this fine Saturday morning! I'm in such a good mood as I know it's not just the weekend I'm off!

Tracey what's up with ur tum? Must have missed u saying. Hope u feel better today. I've had really bad cramps this week and my stomach is so bloated but it's starting to go down to day thank god.

Kel I had to laugh at the image of me trying to sit (or do anything actually)
with my backside in plaster! He he. It's actually not too bad so not serious damage done i hope! Managed boxing and zumba last night and it was a bit sore when I was doing lunges but apart from that, and the massive bruising I'm fine! Just my pride that's damaged lol. I've also got a massive round bruise on my thigh from the kettlebell incident as well!

Liz I'm glad Dan had a talk with his boss, hoepefully he start settle in and really enjoy now.

Natalie u sound admit u have a really relaxing weekend Planned, I'm very jealous! I've got loads to do!

Emz I love those flowers the colours are gorgeous! I was actually looking at flowers the other night and nothing jumped out at me. I had intended on just roses but when carrie sent me some pics they lookEd a bit plain so I'l need to have another look.

Well seen as I'm up early (unusual for me) gona have breakfast then go to boxing. Wasn't going to bother as I've done alot this week but I mat as well. Then I'l need to get home, showered and fake tan on and then go get my eyebrows done.

Going to a friends 30th tonight so will probably have a few drinks asbi know eveyone else will be drinking but I'l stick to vodka diet coke. Just need to decide what dress to wear now as I have bought too many!

Think i feel like a kid in a sweetie shop at the moment... I'm duh a girly girl ad love dresses but I've never just been able to go to any shop and buy one I like. Now that I've lost weight I can into most dresses and instead of shopping for what fits, I'm shopping for what I like which is where the problem starts! I was walking around debenhans with 10 dresses yesterday and it felt sooo good! After trying them on I've recognised the styles that flatter my shape and the ones that make me look bigger so of course I had to buy the flattering ones! Lol

I've got this party tonight, my birthday night out, next Saturday, a naming ceremony next Sunday and a hen night and wedding reception next month so hopefully Il get to wear all my dresses but I'm also hoping I loose more weight by then to!

It weird cos I'm still
Too scared to go shopping for that I've important dress...

Well better get up, so have a goo day everyone, especially u kel, have a great birthday! Xx

Hi Yvonne,

I'm sitting here will a small but annoying hangover. My "I'll not drink" idea went out the window. Which is ok, because I don't drink or go out socialising that often, so it is really a once in a blue moon sort of thing, I'll need to get to the gym later if I can get my tum to settle down.

Don't know what's wrong with it, really really hurting, enough to keep me awake at night, in agony! Trying everything but nothing seems to help, and I don't think the alcohol has helped any because this morning I feel like Im carrying a brick inside my stomach!

I did ok with food last night, I had the pate to start and sea bass for my main. Pate wasn't ideal but it was the best of a bad lot I'm telling you! The sea bass wasn't very nice, the potatoes were swimming in grease, and it put me off the whole thing so I couldn't finish it. There was talk of a cheese board, but we never got it in the end thank goodness. Then I went back to the inlaws and had a few crisps and nuts, but by no means did I over indulge so really happy with that.

I could have had a lot more to drink, but I was "nursing" them so it wasn't too bad.

Haven't got any plans for today except shower and attempt to look like a human!

Hello everyone

Just sat down enjoying some peace and quiet before the hecticness of the week and next weekend ensue! I like busy times in some ways though as time zips by and soon enough it'll be my week off!

Enjoyed my pasta bake last night but definitely going to have to control Saturdays better as ate lots more cals than normal and don't feel as fab today but keeping cals really low today and definitely still have a deficit over the week so no damage done!

Sorry I wasn't on yesterday, Matt is feeling like a Dibb widow too apparently so trying to not be on the computer so much. Thing is, without distraction, I just fall asleep! Oops! We watched Dumbo, The Invention of Lying and half of Couples Retreat last night. Matt's working til 9pm tonight so just me for dinner, crispbakes which I plan to eat at 5pm, then a choccie mousse and ice lolly to satisfy my sweet tooth and I'm done, hopefully having done enough this week to see a wonderful result.

No gym for me tomorrow as having my nails done but planning to go Tues-Thurs, Friday I'm busy, Sat & Sun it's the air festival, I knew it was coming up so no surprises there. And then the next weekend it's my dress trying on day! So really hope it fits, that gives me 2 weeks to get into the 11s, it'll be tight but I'm sure I'll be close so that's fine for me. Then just 1 more week til my week off and that's my target date anyway. Tomorrow will tell me a) if my new food/exercise regime is working and b) how much left to lose in the 3 weeks til my 'due date'.

I tried on today the dress that I wore to my dad's wedding in 2006, it hasn't fit since that date and it was a perfect fit today, was really pleased! I am definitely slimmer since then as other clothes I wore at that time now fit better so made me happy! It's nice to have some old clothes like that to guage the difference as I didn't have scales at that time, I went by size not weight.

I was walking round Tesco yesterday and calorie checking everything, it's becoming a little obsessive really! It's good though as anything above 100 is scaring me so put it straight back on the shelf! Apart from Matt's treats of course!

Hope Kel enjoyed her birthday!

Tracey, hope you enjoyed your evening and hope it doesn't take away from your hard work when you w/i tomorrow!

Yvonne, a girl after my own heart with all that dress buying! It's fun though isn't it!

Hello ladies,

Difnt get on yesterday as we had a jam packed day paintballing then the hog roast after quick showers. I have to say I am never going to go paintballing again, it wasn't fun! Although I was the last man standing for our team in the second game. Was very expensive though to buy all of the paintballs and other people on our team took it too seriously! Then after lunch went back and my silly belly started playing up with cramps. I told scott but said I was ok to carry on, so was hiding in a hut but then I had to just say I'd been shot to get out and then ran back to camp to go to the toilet! Got told off for leaving my group but I couldn't help it, really annoying though! I took a packed lunch of ham burgen sandwich, a ricecake and some melon so I could avoid the pizza and naughty picnic on offer but I still got ill. So that meant I sat out of the last 2 games, one bonus! So I also stayed off the drink last night as I wasn't feeling too good, a few cals saved ther too but 2 slices of cake maybe replaced it. :4

I was over on cals yday but hopefully some of the running around and walking through the woods to each camp helped.

I think I need to go to the doctors about it soon as it is really starting to ruin days out, I have also been bleeding today although don't finish my pill until next weekend which is a lil worrying, any ideas what could cause that?

Today I had an early morning wakeup call with my cousin meadow, she is off to wdw tomorrow and very excited! Had her for a bit so her dad could get a few things done, we started a wedding scrapbook cutting out the photos I showed u all and a few dresses from magazines, exciting! Very jealous of their holiday, but as it is their first time I am looking forward to hearing all about it when they get back!

Just been for a run and I did week 4, managed to do it all ok, just was a bit of a push with the last 5min run but I was really pleased when I done it! Will register for the 5k charity run tomorrow

Nat - hope u have a great result tomorrow, fab u can fit back in the dress, and ur wedding dress next week is very exciting! I am also becoming a bit obsessive with calorie counting! Hopefully it works though.

Yvonne I hope ur feeling ok today and had lots of fun last night. You have been a busy lady shopping but its such a good feeling now they all fit you perfectly, and you sound like you have lots of excuses to wear them! Lol

Tracey - hope ur stomach gets better soon and you're able to get a better nights sleep. Do you know what has caused it? Sorry I think I've missed a post from you too!

Kel - glad u enjoyed your first organic birthday! What did you get? I also love the bold colours and I think will make lovely photos too, hopefully! Oh sorry I thought you watched unthinkable! Its a film with denzel washington I think, but another one with a very bad ending. Wouldn't really recommend it! I have limitless on my lovefil list as high priority so hopefully we can watch it too! I love my runners and wore them to zumba on friday, nice and bouncy! I also got some new leggings I think they're karimor or something like that!? They have a lil secret pocket on the wastband at the cak, perfect for my door key when I go out on my own, if scott comes he stuffs it down his football sock! Haha.

Were off to my dads for dinner now which is a roast, chicken. So glad its not pork after too much yesterday! Lol. Hope you all enjoy your sunday evenings and good luck for weigh in tomorrow! Xxx

Hi everyone,

Just a quickie from me too as I'm cream crakered. Been trying to get the next day of my trippie done, which I have now - thank god.

Yesterday was cool, I ate far too much and drank too much and I now have that fuzzy feeling on my tounge when you know you've eaten too much sugar. Don't like feeling like this. I did exercise yesterday though because Alex bought me a resistance band set and I wanted to try it out and boy am I feeling it today, he kicked my ass.

Alex also bought me a new Lumix camera which I'd wanted for ages and was a total surprise, he also got me a hormone boosting cook book, my resistance bands, another nutrition book, some Green and Blacks choccies from the cats and a voucher. I also got money and vouchers from relatives so I have quite a bit to spend on Amazon - toying with the idea of new Fly boots, but probably best to go for a Bosu ball or similar.

Anyway I made a decision yesterday to change my course. I do like the one I'm doing but I felt I wanted a more in depth one with a higher grade at the end (undergraduate equiv) and so I rang my tutor up who agreed to let me swap so i had to get Alex to go to the post office yesterday and post back all my books and stuff. Instead I'm taking on a two year home study course (can and WILL be done quicker) which is 250 hours of home study and goes in depth to nutrition and conditions associated with. On a plus note I don't have to go anywhere for my exams like before when I had to go to Leeds but the downside is there is more than one exam and they are instead set frequently throughout the year, done online at set times, plus course work that has to be submitted. Also, it's double the cost of the other whcih is a bummer but I really want to be able to understand this to a deeper level and need a higher course to do that. I'm enrolling on Tuesday just to ensure my money for the first one is refunded before I pay out for the next one. I must be mad though really as I thought time was tight now.

Thank you for all my birthday wishes! Alex cooked me a devine tea of potato and leek soup, beef wellington and veggies and ice cream and I had about 2 bottles of wine - joking - but it felt like it!

Liz - I got the knot! It took some doing but I chipped away and chipped away and he let me do it and I didn't catch his skin. Must have been bothering him though because he's been in an awesome mood since.

Tracey - sorry to hear about your poorly tum! How is your constitution? Could it be IBS or an intolerance?
Good news on going back to the real job! I'll be rooting for you.
It sounds like you did ok at the Itallian actually aside from the booze but I can hardly talk can I? Did you do your 2nd resistance training this week?

Yvonne - you make me laugh with your dress obsession! Only trouble is what happens when they are too big for you next year and you've spent al that money? You need to get going on THE dress you know! You'll feel awesome in it I'm sure.
Hope you enjoyed your party yesterday.

Natalie - I keep meaning to ask you - what are these crispbakes? Good to hear you are keeping the cals in check, it is hard when you know you like stuff but they aren't that good for you but I suppose thats what us weight loss people need to do - weedle out the bad foods that we have always had, and change habits so youll get there in time. Hope you have a good weigh in tomorrow. I forget if we've talked aboiut this recently or not but are you still doing your inches? Hope you have fun at the gym.

Emz - sorry to hear you didn't like the paintballing, hopefully you burnt a good amount of cals though.
Well done on your run - hope you tummy starts to feel better soon too! I haven't got a clue about the bleeding as I haven't been on the pill for about 8 years but the others will have a better idea but it doesn't sound good. Prolly best to see a doc though.
Aww bless you cousin, that is really sweet.

Right am off for some hubby time and some TV, good luck with the weigh ins tomorrow! Am after inches lost meself, not bothered about weight although a pound may be nice.

Gym all week for me and aside from that nowt planned.

Hey Kel

I'm really sorry, I haven't been back to the gym this week, my tum is really bad, never felt pain like it, I don't know if its the new diet. Toilet wise I'm fine, maybe going more often but I feel like I@m carrying rocks in my belly. Its really horribly sore right around my belly button and just above it. I've been googling it which I know you shouldn't do, but I couldn't help it. It could be a number of things including an inflamed appendix, which I suffered with as a kid but I never had it out. I'm feeling really sick, can't seem to eat anything, have absolutely no apetite. David took me to TGI's today to try to cheer me up but I ate half a starter and hardly any of my main because I honestly feel so full all the time. Going to give it another couple of days and see how I go, today isn't a good reference because I was drinking last night so will see how I go anyway.

Hoping to get back into the gym asap but don't want to risk it at the moment, because this definitely feels like more than an upset tum, that and I cant stand upright :-(

Feel like I'm letting you down loads, hopefully will be back on form soon!

Hi Kel, glad you had a good bday, just enjoyed the next instalment of your trippie before Matt gets home. Been a bit poorly this pm with tummy ache, think I let myself get overhungry determined to wait til 5pm for my dinner but feeling much better now.
Crispbakes are like fishcakes but with chicken and broccoli in, similar cals, just have 2 with lots of veg and they are really tasty and satisfying. Yummy! Well worth a try but not organic so no good for you right now. Thanks for your pride, I am doing pretty well tbh and my mind is so focussed on weight loss that's why I'm disappointed in myself that I slightly took my eye off the ball yesterday but not too much damage done, could definitely have been worse!

Good news about your camera and Amazon vouchers, fab gifts! They're on my Xmas list for some more Kindle books!

And about your course too...a degree at the end will be great and so worth the extra time and cost!

I was determined to take my next exam in October but with all my overtime I am struggling for time and also don't really have the £200 to spend on a resit. So it'll have to wait maybe for April. We'll see.

Kel, I'm ashamed to admit that I keep forgetting to do my inches All week I've been meaning to but keep forgetting. I am going to get a tape measure out right now and do it...if you don't mind reminding me where/how? Sowi xxxx

Watched Remember Me this afternoon, film with Robert Pattinson...really sad ending but didn't really see the point in the film, has anyone seen it?! I am watching Burlesque now which is actually quite good. Watched some Greys earlier too, Tracey, I'm in the middle of season 6...love it still! Worried that I'm running out of episodes now! Feeling very rested for the week ahead now, and a busy week it will be. Matt's working at 6am tomorrow so I'll go in for 8am. Payday tomorrow so going to preorder my Photopass this month I think. Kel, you mentioned insurance the other day but don't know if you know, many companies won't quote until at least 1 month before so that's my job for next month. We've decided to take our chances and go with standard insurance but I'll have to go for an independent traveller one for Matt (mine is fine) and maybe I'll protect my bubble for volcanoes or something?!

Right, offskies, catch'all tomorrow for what I hope is a good w/i for us all as we seem to have all had a good week!
